  22. There are two different versions that can have jumpers.  The newer one has 7, 
  23. the older one has 6.
  24.  
  25. On the latest Practical Peripherals internals the E1 through E7 jumpers are
  26. used for COM Port and IRQ selection. You must select for both COM Port and
  27. IRQ. E1 and E3 headers are used for COM Port selection only. The E4 through
  28. E7 headers are used for IRQ selection only.

  101. On the earlier PM internal modems, the E1 through E6 jumpers are used for IRQ
  102. selection. With these jumpers you can pick IRQ3/4 operation, IRQ2, or IRQ5.
